  1. stop software opening twice from taskbar

    Hi,

    When you click on the taskbar to bring up an open surveygold window, Surveygold can re start resulting in the application running twice.

    This has a problem then when coming to backup, as backup can not occur on closing as another instance running.

    Is it possible to check if software is open before reopening it via click to taskbar icon.

  2. randomise the web survey ID's

    Whilst I have not had a problem so far (that I know off), I would prefer the reference numbers for the surveys to be a little more random, rather than sequential.

    Currently it would not take an IT genius to run havoc with the surveys, by guessing the currently running web surveys addresses.

  3. instruction box

    Hi, I would like to enter an instruction box near the end of my survey for panelists who we would like to terminate from our survey. How do I do this so that there is no comment box underneath the statement?

  4. make a programming change (??)

    Hi Chuck! When I add a colon to the end of a survey question, as in, "Please note specifics below:" that item on my survey response list disappears (becomes invisible). I can see the item when I take the survey, but it doesn't appear when I'm creating the survey.
