A one-year Ultimate subscription renewal can be purchased by your SurveyGold Team Manager during the renewal period. The renewal period is 90 days prior to the expiration date or any time after the expiration date.

If You Are a SurveyGold User
Notify your institution's designated Team Manager via email that you want to purchase an Ultimate renewal as follows:

1. Select the About button in the SurveyGold application tool bar.
2. Perform the Renew Your Subscription action. 

This causes your email program to automatically create an email request addressed to your Team Manager manager. The Renew Your Subscription action is only visible in the SurveyGold application during the renewal period.
