Problem: Revisions to an existing online survey form do not appear

You may encounter the following situation:
  • You have an existing survey deployed as an online survey form
  • You make revisions to the survey in your SurveyGold application
  • You then save the survey as an online survey form again to create an updated version 
  • You open the newly-created online survey form and it does not include your revisions
This situation can occur when your browser has a copy of the existing online survey form in its temporary files (also known as the browser cache) and it uses that "old" online survey form instead of getting the "new" online survey form from the website. You can resolve this situation by clearing your browser's cache as per the following link:
