Problem: Radio buttons or checkboxes appearing instead of dropdown menu

You may encounter this situation when you have a single question in a section and you have specified that you want the question to appear using a single-select or multi-select dropdown menu.

To resolve this issue:
  • Select Setup Survey
  • Select the section and perform the Properties action in the button bar to open the section properties sheet
  • Uncheck to matrix checkbox option and select OK
  • Save your survey as an online survey form again
