How to update the credit card used for an existing subscription

As an existing subscriber, you can update your credit card information via this link.
  1. Enter the email address and order number from your most recent SurveyGold subscription order.

    Note: This can be found in the email receipt sent to you when your most recent subscription was processed.

  2. Enter your new credit card information.
The new credit card information will be used when your automatic renewal order is processed.
